Although I sadly never got to purchase the car I wanted due to the sale of my own car falling though, SJH were very understanding and helpful, excellent communication, I couldn’t fault them. I would certainly recommend them them and I’ll be keeping an eye on what cars they have available for when I’ve finally sold mine.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE We recently purchased a car with SJH used car sale. When we went to look around we met (JAMES) who was not pushy in the slightest ,he allowed us plenty of time to look around the car and test drive. The car was lovely and we decided to purchased. Unfortunately a couple of days later the car developed a couple of issues. Initially I was really concerned that we wouldn’t have any support and would end up be extra cost. But I contacted Sean late Saturday night with my worries and he was amazing. He reassured me that all will be sorted and not to worry. We taken the car back first thing Monday and all issues were sorted straight away. I must say I’ve always been slightly concerned when buying a second hand car but can honestly say the customer service from SJH was amazing and I’d definitely purchase from them again in the future. Thanks again to Sean but especially James he was awesome.

After searching for an ideal little car I found one , also found a couple of lovely guys and a lovely garage , 100% would recommend and would definitely buy a car again , a friendly warm conversation and nothing too much trouble to help not one bit pushy just brilliant, quick to reply to any question I asked , honestly a great buy and would return with no hesitation, great car great service 100% very happy from the first visit til picking up a lovely clean Aygo everything positive

A good news story!!!! All too often businesses provide shoddy sub-standard levels of customer service and care or after sales support. Well I found a shining example of how to my mind business SHOULD be done in the unlikeliest of places - the second hand car market!!! I bought a car recently which shortly AFTER the warranty expired, and I therefore had no legal rights; in hope rather than expectation I contacted the seller and to my amazement he recovered the car, provided a replacement while his garage investigated the problem and when the problem couldn’t be fixed he gave me a full refund, which would have put him several thousands of pounds out of pocket. And this was AFTER the warranty had expired. To say I was gob smacked at this level of service would be an understatement, particularly given that it wasn’t from a national dealership that could absorb the loss quite easily; but from a small local business I found staggering. When I thanked and asked the proprietor why he had been so helpful and had gone way over and beyond what he was legally obliged to do he said “cos it’s all about trust and reputation and that matters to me” So hope his helps spread the word that there are indeed still some people where values, morals and integrity not only exist but seem to flourish. I bought a car from Shaun a couple of days ago and I couldn't be happier. I was a bit anxious buying a car as I've been ripped off before. Shaun was really understanding, there was no pressure and he suggested coming back with someone to have a look at the car, which is what I did. I noticed that the air con wasn't working so I messaged him and he booked me in straight away to get it regased. He's been very helpful and I would definitely buy another car from him in the future.

After buying a used Citroen from Shaun, I can definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a used car. He drove the car over to the house for me to look at and test drive without any pressure to buy, as I had no transport at the time. A lovely experience buying my car today. Shaun was great at replying to my emails about his stock. Found the car site and was greeted by a lovely gentleman, Graeme who works for Shaun part time. Not at all pushy and allowed us to view the cars on site. We test drove 2 Nissan Jukes while Graeme took my p/x car for a run out. Easy transaction and felt very comfortable while on the site. 5 star service and I drove away in my new car same day and visiting.
